By booking with Exotic Island Spa, you agree to these Policies & Terms: 1) A 50% booking deposit is required when booking any of our services , account information can be found below. 2) Exotic Island Spa may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. 3) Please arrive on time; arriving late will shorten your service or require rescheduling 4) We kindly ask clients to provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. 5) Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of the booking deposit. 6) This policy helps us respect our staff’s time and accommodate other clients seeking appointments.
