Credit Card Policy: If no payment is made at the time of service, we’ll charge the card on file. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Preparing for Cleaning Make a plan or list of tasks to prioritize and streamline the cleaning process. Declutter each room, remove items that don’t belong or need to be put away. Move furniture to access hidden or hard-to-reach areas. Clear surfaces to make cleaning and dusting easier. Vacuum or sweep floors to remove loose dirt and debris. Open windows and doors to improve ventilation. If additional time is required to complete your cleaning tasks, we will advise you and adjust pricing to reflect the additional time needed.
