✨NEW CLIENTS✨ All new clients must book a consultation/patch test before booking any treatments. This is so we can decide suitability for treatments. When booking please keep in mind treatments can be carried out anytime from 48hrs onwards after patch test, providing there has been no reaction. ✨CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY✨ All cancellations made less than 48hrs will incur a cancellation fee. 48hrs or less you lose your deposit and charged the remaining treatment price. No shows are not tolerated and will require full treatment price. All appointments are only requests until they have been confirmed. Only when you have received a confirmation email/text, your appointment has been confirmed. You can reschedule/ cancel appointments up to a minimum of 48hrs on the booking system. After this timeframe you will be unable to do so and will be charged a fee- the full treatment price.

Consultation & patch test

All consultations require upfront non-refundable/ transferable £10 deposit. This is deducted from your treatment following up from the consultation. After discussing what treatment will be suitable for you at the consultation you will then be able to book your treatment anytime from 48hrs after the consultation/patch test. Providing your patch test is all okay. At the consultation we will discuss options and I will advise you on what treatment would be suitable for you. We will be realistic on what we can achieve based on your goals and what we have to work with.

Using hd brows natural tint to create a bespoke brow tailored to you. This treatment includes- brow mapping/ custom brow tinting/threading(optional) and grooming the brow by trimming and tweezing to get your desired look! Lamination (using natural tint)

A two step perming process to break down the bonds of the brow hair and reset them into your new desired shape. This is great for people who would the appearance of a fuller brow/ fluffy brow or to conceal sparse areas. This treatment is only suitable if you are willing to keep up with the aftercare. Brows must be conditioned at least 1-2 times a day to ensure good brow health and to prolong results. Includes- 2 step perming process/ brow mapping/ brow tinting/waxing brow into desired shape/ grooming the brow with tweezing and trimming/ applying a conditioning serum to finish the brow and optimise brow health. Signature brow is great for someone who wants something that gives a light pencil/makeup appearance on the skin to last a little longer! This tint is a little stronger than the hd brows tint and a great in between option if you don’t want too natural or too strong! Lami maintenance (4-6 weeks after lamination treatment)

This treatment is a maintenance for lamination clients. Adding a pop of life back to the brows to allow you to stay sane for the further 4-6 weeks you have to wait for your full lamination treatment. Includes - luxurious brow scrub/ brow mask to condition the brow hairs and prevent any unwanted damage to the brow hairs, optimising brow health/ precision tinting the brow hair, tint is customised to your desired shade/ mapping the brow/ waxing and he brow into desired shape/ trimming and tweezing.

Lvl lash lift (including tint)

Throw away those lash curlers, lvl lash lift is the most popular lash trend which lifts the natural lashes to give the appearance of longer, fuller lashes. This 2 step perming process breaks down the bonds and resets the lashes into their new position.
