We kindly ask for a non-refundable deposit of $25 that is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to the total service cost. Cash, debit & and credit are accepted at the time of your appointment to settle the balance of your service! LATE ARRIVALS We strive to maintain a punctual schedule. All appointments have a 15-minute "grace period" that is set aside if you are running a few minutes late. However late arrivals that exceed 15 minutes, will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show. CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we appreciate a minimum of 24 hours' notice before your appointment. Your deposit will be pushed to your next appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours, will be charged a cancellation fee of $25. HYGIENE clients are expected to maintain good personal hygiene, including showering before appointments and avoiding services with open wounds or heavy menstrual bleeding. Failure to comply may lead to service refusal and deposit retention. EMERGENCIES We understand that emergencies can happen. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible.
