• All appointments will require a 50% booking deposit to secure your appointment. • If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours this will result in the 50% deposit being taken. • Deposits and card charges will still be taken for any circumstances if the 48-hour notice period is not followed. • If you wish to make another appointment after one of the above’s occur, another deposit will be taken to secure the new appointment. • If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know as this can result in appointment being shortened or cancelled if it’s over 15 minutes since your appointment time, this is due to myself working at a tight schedule. • Patch tests are required 48 hours prior to any lash or brow services. • For nail appointments if you require a French manicure finish, nail art or removal please ensure you let me know prior to your appointment, this is to allow myself to allocate the appropriate time. • Any nail art, french or removal will be charged at an additional price, due to more product and time being used. • For any lash appointments (lash extensions, lash lift or lash tint) please ensure they are clean and free from any make-up and dirt, failure to do so will result in an additional £5 due to using more product and time. • I do not offer refunds for appointments, or deposits but can be transferable if the 48 hour notice period is not broken.
