Politique et conditions

To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment. •Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. •Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, as we strive to respect all clients’ appointment times. •Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of your service. We accept cash, debit/credit cards. ⸻ Hygiene & Safety✨ For your safety, a patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to any brow or lash tinting, brow lamination, or lash lift services. Please ensure that all makeup is removed prior to your appointment to allow us to provide the best possible treatment.
