Politique et conditions

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before appointment. A cancellation fee will be required if deemed necessary to rebook. If you fail to attend your appointment it will result in a charge of 40% of the scheduled service that will be added to your next appointment as a no-show fee before you can rebook. - Appointment will be automatically cancelled if 15 minutes late. Extra charges will apply if dog is not picked up at an appropriate time - No dogs larger than a Golden Retriever - If required a 2pm appointment - please book 1:30 and request in “messages”
