Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time, please contact your stylist if you need to reschedule or cancel. Please note that cancellations and reschedules do effect me. No shows and communication failure may result in an up charge. Late Policy: 15+ minutes will result in rescheduling. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding. No shows: result in a one time warning, after that please expect to put down a deposit or pay a fee. I always want you to love your hair! If you have any concerns, please reach out within 5 days of your appointment so I can make any needed adjustments. Because each service involves my time and professional products, all services are non-refundable (this includes deposits). Adjustments are offered within 5 days if proper aftercare was followed. After that timeframe, any changes will be considered a new service. 🤍
