Please be advised your booking appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is made. Please be advised last minute bookings are accepted as long as the availability is available and also there’s a last minute fee. A UNIQUE SPLASH OF DECOR POLICY: Please understand we have no control over the weather climate but we will try to accommodate as much as we can. Please understand that any delays interfering with our booking time as we are here to arrive at our scheduled time is not an inconvenience on our end. However, it is OUR DECISION to choose if we will still accommodate the client or proceed with cancellation. Custom Items orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. We are no longer accepting any custom item orders less than 7 days from the date it is needed. A $75 fee will be added for same-day bookings. A $50 fee applies to last-minute bookings made less than one week (7 days) in advance. Once you confirm you like the design no changes can be made. A $25 late fee will be applied to any unpaid balances not paid at least 7 days prior to the event date. A $15 rescheduling fee will apply if you request to reschedule within one week of your event date. If you choose to cancel your booking within two weeks or less of the event, 50% of the total price will be retained by A Unique Splash of Decor to cover expenses already incurred. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless discussed otherwise. YACHT BOOKINGS: Please ensure that your appointment is booked for the correct time. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any changes made by the captain to your reservation time.
