*CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment start time, you will be charged 50% of your full appointment cost. *NO SHOWS If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your full appointment cost. Future appointments will require full payment on booking and at least 48hrs in advance. REFUSAL OF SERVICE We reserve the right to refuse a booking or appointment for any reason such as frequent cancellations, lateness, head lice infestation or failure to comply with the policies above.
