𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣/𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨 If you need to change or cancel your appointment please give at least 48 hours notice to allow me to try and refill the appointment time. Failing to give 48 hours notice will require full payment of treatment. Failing to turn up to your appointment will also require full payment of treatment. Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred over to another day if given 48 hours notice. Your deposit can only be transferred over to a new appointment once. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment may result in being cancelled if Adore Beauty does not have enough time to complete your appointment up to standard. Full payment will be required. If you are wanting to change your appointment to a treatment that takes less time or is a lower price 48 Hours notice is required, failing to do this will require you to pay the full amount of the treatment already booked. 𝙇𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 You have arranged a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment (new clients) if this is not arranged in the time frame your appointment will be cancelled. To qualify for an infill you must have 50% or more lashes on, anything over 3 weeks would require a full set due to lash growth and keeping your natural lashes healthy. Please attend your appointment with no eye makeup, if you attend an infill appointment with mascara on your lashes you will require a soak off and full set. Please also keep up with cleaning your lashes, if you have a large amount of build up it will also require you to have a soak off and full set. 𝘽𝙧𝙤𝙬 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 You have arranged a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment if this is not arranged in the time frame your appointment will be cancelled. I cannot carry out brow waxing on clients taking accutane medication. I cannot do any brow treatments on eczema/cuts/ psoriasis/ burns/ infection around the brow area. 𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙣 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 Please answer the skin consultation truthfully as failing to do so may cause problems during your treatment. Please attend your appointment with no makeup on if possible. I cannot carry out facial appointments if you have had any cosmetic surgery/filler/ Botox in the last 2 weeks, you are taking accutane medication, cold sores, active acne (chemical peel excluded) eczema, psoriasis, or any other facial condition that may cause it to become irritated or spread. Please avoid shaving/ waxing/ laser on the facial area at least 1 week before.
