Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $1000 JMD is required to secure all bookings.
Remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of service before the session begins.
Booking is not confirmed without a deposit.

Late Policy

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
After 10 minutes, a $500 JMD late fee will be added.
After 20 minutes without communication, your appointment may be cancelled without refund.


Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require a full payment before booking any future services.

Birthday Glam

A full consultation session to create and finalize the bride’s perfect look before the wedding day. Includes a full face, prolonged skin preparation, and detailed finishing touches to test and perfect the bridal glam. (Studio session only.)

Flawless, long-lasting bridal glam
