Any and all deposits or funds allocated to appointment are forfeited if not cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hour notice. ANY training or Pet Sitting service must be PAID IN FULL prior to start date, any deposit or funds allocated to service are forfeited if any of the following conditions apply: client refusal of service, multiple reschedules or cancellations, client is uncooperative, or occupational hazard. We do not allow refunds, charge backs, or disputes. ANY form of cyber attack, mistruth, or blasphemy towards Snips Clips Grooming & Training LLC will be subject to legal action. By booking an appointment via text, call, social media, verbally, email, or any other form you are agreeing to ALL terms of service, policies, and conditions. Cancellations must be given 24 hours in advance otherwise client will be charged 10% of total service. Rescheduling must be done via communicating with Salena- Owner/ Operator. Rescheduling must be given a minimum of 6 hours in advance unless extenuating circumstances apply, client is not guaranteed same day availability for any reschedule.
