Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full service. Some services require a deposit and will be applied to your balance at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable. 

A photo may be requested before appointment is accepted. For severe scalp conditions or if underlying issues are suspected, please defer to your doctor.

-digital scalp analysis to identify any scalp issues before treatment
-warm, lavender infused neck wraps for added relaxation
-aroma and sound therapy to help calm the mind and body
-state-of-the-art basin with 21 water outlets for targeted scalp stimulation
-personalized after-care routine to help support scalp health

Treatment ingredients can be modified to address specific scalp needs or dietary restrictions. We offer a wide range of hand-crafted organic recipes to cater to individual requirements. 

For most services, it's recommended for your hair to air dry, however drying services are offered to accommodate your preferred needs.

The most relaxing, peaceful, and organic experience. I was sleeping...a deep sleep after the first 10 mins. Seeing my before and after scalp was cool! 

Always met with such a zen environment! Relaxing spa music and the scent of lavender fills the room.  Heated blanket and elevated feet with warming stones to set you up for the best scalp treatment ever.
