Hi, I'm Rachel, A fully qualified dog groomer with over 10 years experience. Based in the charming village of Burtonwood. My salon is located in a quiet home environment that is fully equipped with professional, salon-standard equipment, my services are provided on a personal, one to one basis. On arrival, your dog will receive a soothing double shampoo before being rinsed thoroughly and blow dried using a high velocity dryer. This helps to blow out any dead undercoat, leaving the coat looking silky smooth. Following this, if the service is required, your dog will be groomed using a combination of clipper and scissor work, including nail clipping, ear cleaning, and paw pad clearing. The groom will then be completed with a spritz from our selection of dog colognes.

🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or failure to show up (no-show), will incur a 50% fee of the missed appointment.
This fee must be paid before any future bookings can be confirmed.

💳 Payment Policy: Upfront Bank Transfers
To ensure a smooth and reliable service for all of our clients, we kindly ask that all payments made via bank transfer be completed before the collection of your dog.

🐕 Dematting fee:
We understand that sometimes your pet can end up matted, due to equipment damage and extra time it takes a £10 charge will be added on to your appointment.

I have 2 Yorkie crosses who are total opposites. One LOVES a pamper, the other, not so much! Imagine a slippery bar of soap the size of a house cat! She's an old girl now too so nothing's going to change it. Honestly?
Rachel is absolutely amazing with her, and really patient and kind. We don't do the 6-8 weekly groom as she just can't cope with it, but twice a year she has a thorough going over by Rachel and it's brilliant. Can't recommend enough!!

How lucky are we to have found Rachel’s dog grooming service - Warrington. She is absolutely marvellous with my 2 dogs. Teddy hates his front paws being touched so it’s quite challenging for her but she’s willing to work with him. It’s a one to one environment which I’ve been looking for. Rachel has made her own salon in her back garden. If you’re looking for someone caring & patient with your fur babies I would definitely recommend Rachel. She also does teeth cleaning which is a bonus.

Rachel has been grooming my little Shih Tzu Bella for about 5 years now & she is the best!  Bella loves her & she always comes out smelling beautiful and looking gorgeous :)  She obviously cares deeply about dogs and always checks what style & length you want for your dog.  We get pictures of Bella & special gifts of doggy treats & bows at Christmas.  She is friendly & warm hearted & I can't recommend her enough.
