I've had 3 reiki healing sessions with Kirstie so far. She is incredible at what she does! When I look back to my first session compared to now, I feel like a completely different person. I was sceptical at first when I went to Kirstie but I’d been in a high stress state for nearly two years with one thing or another in our personal lives and I could feel and hear myself snapping and getting more stressed. Wow!! I mean I don’t really know what else to say it’s impossible to put into words.  The sensations you feel are mind blowing I didn’t expect to feel the energy moving around my body like I did from feeling almost unbearable pressure to almost feeling weightless. This was my first ever Reiki session and I loved it.  I looked online for somewhere local and The Reiki room came up. It was so easy to book the session online too.
Kirstie made me feel really at ease and explained everything to me.
I was apprehensive at first that I wouldn’t be able to relax but I needn’t have been worried. In no time I felt totally weightless (on the comfortable bed with heated blanket!)
