Deposits • All appointments require a deposit. • Deposit amounts vary per client/project and will be specified at booking. • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. • Deposits can be made electronically via Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay. Payments • Cash is preferred for remaining balances. • If paying electronically through Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay, a 7% tax fee will be added to the total balance. Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. • One reschedule is allowed per deposit. • If a client needs to reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. Punctuality • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • A 15-minute grace period will be allowed. • If a client arrives later than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, the deposit and appointment will be forfeited.
