Doll Club Policies & Terms By booking with Doll Club, you agree to all policies listed below. ⸻ Booking * Appointments may be booked online up to 24 hours in advance. For same-day appointments or additional availability, please text (806) 651-9185. * Doll Club is a private appointment-based space. Exact location details and arrival instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please do not arrive without a confirmed appointment. ⸻ Lash Requirements For the health of your natural lashes, I do not work on: * Extremely curly lashes (slight curl is okay) * Severely damaged lashes * Lashes with a lash lift within the past 6 weeks ⸻ Guests * No extra guests or children are allowed in the private appointment space. ⸻ Deposits * A non-refundable deposit is required for all full set appointments and must be paid within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment. * Deposits can be paid through: * Booking website (3.5% fee applies) * Cash App: $dayadenae * Zelle: (806) 651-9185 * Deposits are non-refundable. ⸻ Payments * Cash and Zelle are preferred. * Card/tap payments are accepted with a 3.5% processing fee. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Full Set Appointments: * Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 20% cancellation fee. * Deposits may be transferred one time when properly rescheduled. After that, a new deposit will be required. Fill Appointments: * Two cancellations are allowed without a fee. After the two complimentary cancellations have been used, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. ⸻ Late Policy * Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time. * Appointments more than 20 minutes late will need to be rescheduled and require a 20% fee to rebook. * No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. ⸻ Fills * Fills must be booked within the correct time frame and meet fill requirements listed in each service description. * Fill prices are subject to change. ⸻ Completed Services * No refunds are issued once a service has been completed for any reason. * If you have concerns about your lashes, please contact me so I can address the situation. ⸻ Appointment Changes * Doll Club may cancel or reschedule confirmed appointments if necessary.
