By booking an appointment with Virgo Beauty Co., you agree to cancel for free up to 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations will result in a charge of 70% of the service price, while not showing up will result in a charge of 100% of the service price (15+ minutes late is considered a no-show and you will be charged accordingly). Appointments must be confirmed with a card to proceed (you will not be charged at the time of card capture, only at end of appointment). Failure to adhere to these policies may result in future bookings being cancelled or being blocked from making bookings.
