•Advance Booking Required Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and provide the best service possible. • A $15-20 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment for scheduling future appointments. This will go towards your service. • Arrive at least 5-10 mins before your appointment to start right on time. There is also a waiting area inside the salon • Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. • 10 min grace period for late arrivals, after that appointment will be cancelled. • Satisfaction Guaranteed We strive for client satisfaction.
