1. Deposit Policy Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. 2. Lateness Policy If you are late by 10 to 30 minutes, the technician reserves the right to adjust the service to fit the remaining time. If you are 30 minutes late or more, the appointment will be canceled. This also applies to no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 3. Complaints and Issues Clients have 10 days to submit any complaints or issues regarding products or services in writing. After the 10-day period, addressing the matter is at the technician's discretion. 4. Refund Policy Refunds are not provided. If an issue arises within 10 days, a free appointment will be arranged to resolve the problem. 5. Age Limit Services are not available to clients under the age of 16 years.
