You can expect straightforward scheduling and reliable on-site service at your chosen location, with clear arrival windows and prompt communication about timing and scope. We follow a consistent, step-by-step process so appointments run to schedule and each task is completed with care; they protect surfaces and handle your vehicle respectfully. We will provide a brief walk-through on completion so you can confirm the work and ask questions.

Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Shedd’s Mobile Detailing LLC. Clients will receive a text 48 hours prior to the appointment asking to confirm their appointment. Please do so asap cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment start time will incur a fee equal to the cost of the appointment and your card on file will be charged that day
