At Niy’s Grooming Lab, I strive to provide each client with a timely and personalized grooming experience. APPOINTMENTS Appointment confirmations are sent 24 hours in advance. I kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or failure to provide notice will result in a $40 no-show fee. After two missed appointments without notice, pre-payment will be required for future bookings. I truly appreciate your respect for my time and the structure that allows me to serve each pet with care. COAT CONDITION Your pet’s well-being is always my top priority. In cases of severe matting, a shave-down will be necessary for your pet’s comfort and safety. Please understand that matted coats carry an increased risk of clipper irritation, including clipper burn or minor nicks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks associated with severe matting conditions. TARDINESS I operate on a structured schedule to ensure every pet receives proper care and attention. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply, and I may need to reschedule your appointment in order to maintain the flow of my schedule for the day. PET HEALTH To provide the safest and most comfortable grooming experience, please inform me of any medical conditions, sensitivities, or behavioral concerns prior to your appointment so I can make the appropriate accommodations for your pet.
