Please review the following: Booking & Cancellation Policy At Nailz By Jz, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Your time is valued, and so is mine. When an appointment is booked, that time is set aside specifically for you, meaning other clients are turned away. • No-Call / No-Show: Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will also be charged 100% of the service total. Please understand that missed appointments or last-minute cancellations result in a loss of both time and income, as that time could have been offered to another client who was ready and willing to book. • Outstanding Balances: Any unpaid fees must be paid in full before booking future appointments. • Booking Restrictions: Clients with unpaid no-show or late cancellation fees may be restricted or permanently banned from scheduling until the balance is cleared.
