Thank you for choosing our salon! To ensure your comfort, safety, and the highest quality of service, please take a moment to review our permanent makeup appointment policy: 1. No accompanying persons: Permanent makeup procedures require full concentration and a sterile environment. For this reason, bringing accompanying persons, including children or pets, to your appointment is not allowed. Thank you for understanding! 2. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation, with no possibility of a deposit refund. If you know you’ll be late, please contact us as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if our schedule allows. 3. Health and contraindications: Please inform us of any health conditions (e.g., pregnancy, breastfeeding, skin diseases, or blood-thinning medications) before your appointment. • Let us know if you have diabetes, as this may affect the healing process. • If you have taken antibiotics within the last two weeks, the procedure may need to be postponed for your safety. • Avoid using retinol or strong exfoliating products for at least seven days before your appointment, as they can affect your skin’s sensitivity and the results of the treatment. • If any relevant information affecting the safety of the procedure is withheld, the salon is not responsible for the outcome. 4. Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit can only be used to reschedule an appointment if the change is made at least 48 hours before the original appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited. To book a new appointment after this, a new deposit must be paid. 5. Pre-appointment preparation: The day before your visit, avoid alcohol, coffee, and blood-thinning medications, this helps achieve the best possible results. 6. Health: If you are experiencing cold symptoms or any contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment - health comes first! 7. Rescheduling Policy: Clients can reschedule their appointment up to 3 times. If the appointment is rescheduled or missed more than 3 times, the deposit will be refunded and no further bookings will be accepted. This policy helps protect the artist’s time and covers studio rental costs that apply regardless of attendance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
