By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies: Appointments & Guests Appointments are by reservation only; no walk-ins. Due to limited space, one (1) guest maximum is permitted. No small children are allowed. Cancellations, Lateness & No‑Shows 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price. Appointments will be canceled after 20 minutes of lateness. No refunds on no-show charges or deposits. Paid amounts may be applied to a future service or gift card. Emergency or after-hours appointments require a $100 deposit, which will be applied toward the service total. Payments & Billing Billing information is required to book. Card information is secure and charged on the date of service only, unless policy fees apply. Payment is due upon completion of service. All prices are non-negotiable. If three (3) or more nails are missing, the service will be considered a full set and billed accordingly. Memberships Membership fees are billed monthly and are subject to cancellation per membership terms. Memberships cover included amenities only; additional services are add-ons and billed separately. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges. Conduct, Consent & Safety MEMBERSHIP RULES (Very Important) Membership allows maximum 2 appointments per week Maximum 2 services per appointment Membership is valid for ONE PERSON ONLY Membership benefits CANNOT be shared or transferred Guests are not allowed under membership benefits Unused appointments may roll over (subject to discretion) Cancel membership anytime. Late cancellations/no-shows still count toward usage Clients must remain respectful and professional at all times. Consent is required by both parties, for any recording or photography. No weapons or illegal drugs are permitted on the premises. The business reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion. Refreshments Complimentary beverages may include wine, water, tea, and coffee. Sodas and juices are available for purchase. Healthy snacks are available for purchase as well. Clients consume all food and beverages at their own risk; the business assumes no liability. Alcohol consumption is limited to two (2) glasses maximum. Service Guarantee All nail services include a two (2) week guarantee. Clients may return within two weeks if a nail breaks, chips, or lifts due to improper application. The guarantee does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow aftercare instructions. Promotions Wednesday deals apply on Wednesdays only. Friday deals apply on Fridays only. Monday deals apply to Mondays only. Client Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services, but we only work with reputable providers.
