Please make sure to inform me of any allergies you may have before your appointment. All Brow treatments (except brow wax) require a patch test at least 48 hours before your treatment. Your brow appointment will not go ahead if you haven’t booked a patch test before hand. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled appointment. Deposit is taken of the final price of your treatment. If you cancel 24 hours or less before your appointment your deposit will be lost and you will have to pay a new deposit if wishing to book in with me again. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. Refunds are not given for any reason, if you are unhappy with anything feel free to message me within 48 hours after your appointment with the details provided and i will be happy to help! Infills require 50% of your lashes still remaining. Anything less will be charged a full set. bank transfer or cash payments only.
