BOOKING POLICY✨ • Advance Booking: Clients are encouraged to book their appointments in advance to ensure availability. Appointments can be made through my website, by phone, or in person at the salon. • Confirmation: A confirmation email or text message will be sent to clients upon booking. Please ensure all contact details are accurate to receive notifications. PAYMENT • Accepted Methods: We accept cash & mobile payment options. Payment is due at the time of service. • Deposits: For certain services or peak times, a deposit may be required to secure the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable‼️ • Refunds: All sales for services and products are final. If there are any issues with the service received, please contact me within 24 hours for resolution. CANCELLATION POLICY✨ • Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Late Cancellations: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. MISSED APPOINTMENTS POLICY✨ • No-Show Policy: Clients who miss their appointments without notice will no long be able to book with me LATE ARRIVAL POLICY ✨ • Grace Period: We allow a 5-minute grace period for late Arrivals.
