My social media inboxes are not monitored on a regular basis. •Water & coffee are permitted, food is not. •Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. •24 hour Cancellation Policy: Deposits are forfeited if you cancel within the 24 hour cancellation period or No-Show. •Preferred payment method is EMT or debit/credit via Square. My studio is located up 2 sets of stairs on the 2nd floor. Video Recording/Photographs: During your session LBD will be recording and taking pictures. These recordings will be used to complete your follow up email and will not be posted or shared without your consent. Sensory Sensitivities: This service is up close and personal in nature. During the service LBD will be using and adjusting fabric drapes around your face, neck, shoulders, and chest. Clients will also have lights positioned in their direction during the service. By booking a colour analysis service you acknowledge this. Scope of Services and Limitations: This service is intended for individuals who are post puberty, and is not recommended for children. Any person receiving services that is under 18 years of age must to be accompanied by their parent or guardian, and a waiver must be signed. Personal Colour Analysis is for aesthetic, informational, and entertainment purposes only, and is not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or psychological matters. The analysis is based on LBD's assessment of the client's undertone and features by utilizing their professional opinion, experience, and training level. Individual interpretations and preferences may differ. Results may vary and the client’s satisfaction is not guaranteed. The client is ultimately responsible for how they use the information and recommendations to achieve their desired outcome. LBD offers one analysis confirmation session, however offer is subject and limited to LBD’s availability and discretion. Liability: LBD is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses that arising from obtaining service, the use of the information provided, or the client's choices based on the analysis given. Termination of Services: LBD reserves the right to terminate or cancel services. In the event that LBD cancels your service, before the scheduled appointment time, you will receive your deposit back within five business days via EMT.
