Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. If any issue arises on my end, your deposit will be refunded to your original payment method. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment or do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the remaining service total if a card is on file. All payments are due upfront before your service begins. Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied. Appointments that are 15 minutes or more late will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. If there are any issues or concerns regarding your install, you must contact me within 24 hours of your appointment completion time in order for accommodations or corrections to be made. After the 24-hour window has passed, I will no longer be able to accommodate any concerns regarding the service provided. By booking an appointment with LacedByJanae, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken during your service for promotional and marketing purposes. Hi ladies, for this service you must have a 360 wig and come braided down 10-15 flat braids NO BULKY BRAIDS! fail to do so will result in $20 braid down fee thank you for booking see you soon. CASH ONLY FOR PAYMENT

This service is for a 360 wig install but instead of an updo a basic side/middle part must come braided fail to do so will result in $15 fee No BULKY BRAIDS!

Re-installs (If I Installed the Wig Previously )

Hey ladies, please come with your wig fully washed including the lace on the wig there should be no glue on the lace at all the wig also should be combed out! Please be mindful that when you fail to do this it makes the service difficult and you will be turned around at your appointment. *MUST COME BRAIDED 6-8 FLAT BRAIDS* fail to do so will result in $10 fee. CASH ONLY FOR PAYMENT
