Hey! I’m Ginger, I specialize in premium mobile Loc maintenance services, bringing quality care directly to your door. To ensure a smooth and positive experience, i’ve outlined my policies in the following points: APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS * Booking: All appointments must be scheduled via the Goldie booking site. All new clients must schedule a Virtual Consultation to Book an Appointment. This also applies for Chemical Services and Travel Fee Inquiries, I will ONLY confirm a price quote during the consultation not through DMs. A deposit of $35 is required for mobile appointments and a photo ID for studio appointments. * Cancellations & Rescheduling: I understand that life happens. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a forfeiture of deposit. * No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 no-show fee. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. SERVICE AREA & TRAVEL FEES * Service Area: I currently only offer mobile services in Manhattan, the Bronx, Yonkers, Brooklyn & Long Island. * Travel Fees: A travel fee depends on the distance from my base location to yours. The fee is visible to add-on when booking. CLIENT PREPARATION * Hair Condition: Wash services are always included, when you book there will be a questionnaire so we can coordinate which space is best in your home. * Environment: As a mobile service, I require a clean, well-lit, and comfortable space to perform the service. Please make sure your location is ready prior to my arrival. PAYMENTS * Accepted Payments: I accept Mobile Payments for the deposit & Cash is preferred for the remaining balance. * Full Payment: Full payment is due at the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. * Refunds: All services are final once completed. In the rare case that you are dissatisfied, please address concerns within 24 hours, and I will do my best to resolve the issue. HEALTH & SAFETY * All tools and equipment used will be sanitized before each appointment to ensure the highest hygiene standards. * If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell or has been exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. BEHAVIOR & EXPECTATIONS * I ask that clients treat me with respect and professionalism. I reserve the right to terminate services if the environment becomes unsafe, uncomfortable, or disrespectful. * I am committed to providing high-quality Loc maintenance, and I appreciate open communication regarding your needs and expectations. LIABILITY * La Naturalista Colora is not responsible for any allergic reactions or damages resulting from products used during the service. * By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you’ve provided accurate information about your hair and scalp health. PRIVACY POLICY * Your personal information will never be shared with third parties. All records of services and client preferences are kept confidential to ensure your privacy.
