Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the $75.00 deposit, which is non-refundable. Deposit is included in the prices of the services, including 1 hour set up prior to the time of services. All services are subject to availability, and Katalack Sippin & Snappin reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. Clients agree to communicate any changes in a timely manner. Payment of the deposit signifies acceptance of these terms. Katalack Sippin & Snappin is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. By proceeding with booking, clients confirm their understanding and acceptance of this policy.
