All pre-booked services are to be paid in full for short notice cancellations up to 24hrs prior to your booking (you will receive an automated SMS reminder in advance of your booking). All invoices must be paid on the date the work is completed by way of Bank Transfer, Card Payment or Cash, excluding business/corporate clients whereby payment terms are within 7 days. Any invoices that remain unsettled after 28 days are subject to County Court Proceedings.
