In case of appointment cancellation or no-show. - if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your payment will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Sometimes due to weather, an appointment may have to be rescheduled, and you will not lose the number of appointments purchased. If you cancel the remainder of a promotion package purchased, any refund will be based upon the difference between price paid for a package, less the number of sessions completed, but at the regular price of completed sessions ($120/session completed). Any videos or pictures taken during and for training sessions, are the property of KATA*K9, and can be used by KATA*K9 for promotional and training purposes. Please allow 24-72 hours for completion and delivery of INTAKE SESSION NARRATIVES. Please note, while it is always our top priority to make every customer, human and dog, happy, things do come up that may affect the process of service delivery. While we will make every effort pissible to resolve anything, any disputes or refund eequests will need to be submitted in writing via email to sam@kata-k9.com And in the event a refund is due, it will be calculated based on actual price of per session basis, and not any promo pricing.
