Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. 30-50% Deposit is required on some services to book your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable IF appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or IF you are a no show. Clients who arrive late will receive treatment for the remaining time of their scheduled appointment only. Full appointment fees apply, and service cannot be extended, as this would interfere with the next client's time. Clients who arrive halfway through their scheduled session or later, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to reschedule a new appointment.
