H&H reserves the right to refuse re-booking appointments to any individual that goes against physical conduct guidelines signed at time of appointment; H&H also reserves the right to refuse online bookings made by clients who have continuously cancelled or are “no shows” for previously scheduled appointments. Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will require a deposit to rebook. Appointment times allow for up to 10 minutes of late time, understanding that being late may cut into your service time. Exceeding 10 minutes may result in cancellation of your service.

Grab-a-Friend Fitness

Grab a friend (or 2, up to 3 people total max) and come in for a 45 minute circuit based workout! Totally planned and programmed for you; all you have to do is show up ready to work and HAVE FUN! **No Fitness Evaluation required but general H&H paperwork must be signed by all participants. Workouts are not personalized for injury/individual goals but rather generalized full body workouts that can be modified for each person’s physical ability**

CANNOT BE BOOKED WITHOUT EVALUATION VISIT. This option is only for those clients who have not chosen one of the discussed Fitness Training Savings Plans.
