Prenatal Massage

Head to toe massage with extra focus spent on those areas of swelling and discomfort to allow the mother-to-be to leave feeling ultimately refreshed. Includes hot pack, hot stones, and gold under eye mask.

Minor (under 18) Massage

Head to toe massage for relaxation unless specified by guardian. Includes hot stones. Parent/Guardian must be present and in the room for the entirety of the sesssion.

Fitness Training Evaluation

This visit is the first step to your fitness/wellness journey and consists of evaluation of activity and lifestyle, all measurements, and standardized fitness testing for baseline.

Grab-a-Friend Fitness

Grab a friend (or 2, up to 3 people total max) and come in for a 45 minute circuit based workout! Totally planned and programmed for you; all you have to do is show up ready to work and HAVE FUN! **No Fitness Evaluation required but general H&H paperwork must be signed by all participants. Workouts are not personalized for injury/individual goals but rather generalized full body workouts that can be modified for each person’s physical ability**

Single Fitness Training Session (NO PLAN)

CANNOT BE BOOKED WITHOUT EVALUATION VISIT. This option is only for those clients who have not chosen one of the discussed Fitness Training Savings Plans. With a la carte, pay per visits like this one, no savings are available. Please refer to paperwork given at Evaluation visit for all fitness training plan options.

Under eye mask applied during any session to decrease puffiness/inflammation around the eyes, provide cooling and soothing sensation to the skin, and aide in facial massage.
