By booking an appointment with Frost Hair Design, clients agree to the following terms: Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 72 hours before the start time without penalty. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment may result in a fee. Frost Hair Design reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the salon property during their visit. Frost Hair Design is not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries resulting from services provided. Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information for booking purposes. Payment is due at the time of service. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and policies. Additional Service & Results Policy All desired results will be discussed during the consultation prior to commencing any service. While every effort is made to achieve your requested outcome, results can vary depending on the current condition, history, and integrity of your hair. Frost Hair Design does not guarantee exact results, as hair can respond differently to colour and chemical services. Clients acknowledge that outcomes cannot be fully determined until the service is performed, and multiple appointments may be required to achieve certain results. If you are dissatisfied with your hair, you must notify Frost Hair Design within a reasonable timeframe after your appointment. You may be offered the opportunity to return for an adjustment or redo where appropriate. Refunds are not provided for services completed.
