When coming to your appointment, please ensure; 

•You arrive makeup free
•Arrive on time as I have no waiting facilities 
•Come to your appointment alone due to space restrictions in the studio

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show and non-transferable to another appointment time.

CANCELLATIONS* - Any cancellations made on the day of your booking will require the full value of the appointment to be paid. Cancellations made the day before the appointment and up to 5 days before will require 50% of the value of your appointment to be paid.   

If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, it will be classed as a No Show and your appointment will be cancelled. You will also be charged with the value of your appointment.

Where do I start!! 
First of all, thank-you for being patient with me considering my situation, (on crutches). Thank-you for adapting/ accommodating me so I could rest my leg whilst you performed your MAGIC!
Secondly, you made me feel comfortable welcomed and at ease. I’m not a girl who wears makeup often so this is a big deal. The end result had my jaw dropping. The detail you accomplished by listening to what I would like was unreal. You truly are the best! 
I cannot wait for my wedding day!

I absolutely loved my bridal trial makeup! Ellie listened to what I wanted and created a look that felt like me, just elevated! The makeup was flawless, comfortable, and lasted so well. I left the trial feeling confident and excited for my wedding day! 

I honestly can’t recommend Ellie enough! It was my first time getting my makeup done and she made me feel so comfortable straight away. She’s super friendly, so easy to chat to, and absolutely amazing at what she does. I absolutely loved my makeup and stayed perfect all day at the wedding I attended! She even gave me a little bag with everything I’d need to touch up throughout the day, which was such a lovely touch. I'd highly recommend using Ellie for all occasions!

Ellie was lovely so friendly and chatty and made me feel really relaxed am not one for doing my make up a lot and she did an amazing job can't wait for my big day and my bridesmaids are really looking forward to it too xxx
