Recently, I expanded my services to include pedicures, allowing me to provide a more comprehensive pampering experience. At my salon, I prioritize safety and comfort by using gel products that are Hema-Free or contain minimal amounts. I specialize in diabetic-friendly pedicures, utilizing specially formulated products designed to cater to the needs of my clients with diabetes. Your well-being is my top priority!

Duchess Nails By Katrina

Late & Rescheduling Policy 

By booking an appointment with Duchess Nails, clients agree to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the start time. If running late, clients must notify Duchess Nails via call or text. Appointments will proceed as scheduled if 5-10 minutes late, but no designs will be accommodated. If 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and a rebooking fee will apply.

Deposit Policy:

All new clients will be subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to the final total of your service. 

If the appoinment is rescheduled with 24 hours notice, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment. 

Deposits will not be refunded due to no shows or appointments being cancelled within the late/cancellation policy.

Tried sugaring for the first time and definitely not the last.  Way better than waxing. Katrina is amazing.
