Booking Policy • All new clients must complete a patch test 48 hours prior to their appointment. Appointments cannot go ahead without a completed patch test. • Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. After the second reschedule, the appointment will be cancelled and a new booking will need to be made. - If a non-refundable deposit was required for your original appointment, please be aware that this deposit will no longer be transferable once the appointment has been cancelled. A new appointment will need to be booked and a new deposit may be required. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend (no-shows), will result in 100% of the appointment fee being charged. - Failure to pay any outstanding cancellation fees will result in no further appointments being accepted. • If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, your appointment may be cancelled with the full appointment fee still required, or your treatment may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time. The full appointment amount will still be payable. • If you book multiple treatments and provide less than 48 hours’ notice to remove one or more treatments, or decide on the day to remove treatments from your booking, the full original booking fee will still apply. Example: If you book Russian Lashes and Brow Lamination (£95) and decide on the day to only have brows, the full £95 will still be required. This policy covers the appointment time reserved, which may no longer be possible to refill. • If you have previously had a lash lift, you must wait 6–8 weeks before booking lash extensions. If this requirement has not been met, your appointment may be cancelled on the day and the full fee will still apply. • Please attend your appointment alone, as there is no waiting area available in the studio.
