By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: Complete any required forms before arriving to your appointment. No additional guests are permitted, except for 1 adult accompanying a minor. Payment is due at the time of service, in CASH ONLY. A $25 deposit is REQUIRED for all new clients at time of booking. No exceptions.
