1. Pricing Structure • Carpet Cleaning: All prices are charged per square metre. Final pricing will be confirmed once measurements have been taken on site. • End of Tenancy Cleaning: This service is charged per hour, based on the size of the property. • A deposit is required to secure an end-of-tenancy cleaning slot. • The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and it will deducted from your final invoice. • Deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. 2. Access & Parking • The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and providing suitable parking for our vehicle/equipment. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee. • Rescheduling is free, subject to availability. 4. Condition of Carpets & Surfaces • While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, outcomes may vary depending on the age, wear, material, and existing stains. • We cannot guarantee removal of all stains. 5. Payment Terms • Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. • We accept cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payment methods. 6. Liability • We are fully insured and take the utmost care with all items and surfaces. • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, weakened fibres, loose seams, or colour fading due to age or previous chemical treatments. 7. Customer Responsibilities • Please ensure the areas to be cleaned are clear of personal items and furniture unless prior arrangements have been made. • Pets must be kept away from work areas for safety. 8.
