Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule using the provided link, your deposit will be transferred to your future booking. The space/ environment is so inviting and I always receive the warm welcome from Pelaelo, and how she becomes part of the process by listening and giving you suggestions on how to handle and address issues and always assure you that it’s a journey but you’ll get there 🙏🏼. Pelaelo Masalesa is a professional.   It was my first time at age 61 to consult such a person.  She made me feel welcome and listened patiently to my issues.  She even gave profound advise on way forward regarding my personal issues I shared with her.  I have no doubt that I am on the right track towards recovery.  Thanks a million for such a wonderful person.  

It was incredibly difficult to find your office upon arrival and parking at the Hatfield Plaza. For first-time visitors, more detailed directions (incl. easier to find markers such as Cash Crusaders) as well as more visible signage will go a long way.

Otherwise, all else went very well!

I have been coming to her practice for 2 years now and I can confidently say how much of an amazing psychologist she is. She is very grounded in her knowledge, empathetic and honest. The office space is neat, the staff is very welcoming and she is incredibly good at her job. I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone!! I am absolutely happy with my decision to have her as my therapist.
