Because we bring our premium, red-carpet service directly to your doorstep, we operate by a specific set of guidelines to ensure the highest quality results and a seamless experience for every client. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. ### 1. Booking & Scheduling * **Appointments:** We highly appreciate advanced scheduling to ensure you get your preferred time slot. * **Confirmation:** All bookings are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation message/email once your mobile detailing slot is secured. ### 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling At Black Tie Auto Detailing, we know that life happens. Schedules shift, emergencies arise, and plans change. * **Advance Notice:** If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you **let us know as soon as possible**. * **The "Life Happens" Policy:** We do not penalize for the occasional last-minute emergency, but giving us a heads-up allows us to adjust our route and offer the slot to another client on our waiting list. * **Repeated Cancellations:** Frequent, short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings. ### 3. Mobile Service Requirements To provide our top-tier service, we require a few basics at the service location: * **Space:** A safe, legal working space (such as a spacious driveway or private parking bay) where we can park our mobile unit and fully open your vehicle’s doors. * **Access:** The vehicle must be unlocked and accessible to our team at the scheduled start time. * **Utilities:** *(electricity/water must be available) ### 4. Vehicle Preparation & Personal Belongings * Please remove all personal items, valuables, and car seats from the vehicle prior to our arrival. * While our team is meticulous and careful, Black Tie Auto Detailing is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items left inside the vehicle. ### 5. Weather & Environmental Delays As a mobile service, our work is heavily dependent on the weather. * In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, extreme cold, or high winds), we prioritize the safety of our technicians and the integrity of your vehicle's finish. * If weather forces us to postpone, we will contact you immediately to reschedule for the next available clear day at no additional cost. ### 6. Satisfaction & Payment * **Inspection:** Upon completion, we invite you to walk around and inspect the vehicle with our technician to ensure it meets the "Black Tie" standard. * **Payment:** Payment is due upon completion of the service.
