- All services are by appointment so please book in advance to secure your spot. - Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed but after that your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled. - I work back-to-back so please ensure you have a reliable way to get to and from your appointment. - Accepted payment methods are cash and bank transfer. Full payment is due at the end of your service. - No refunds are given after services are completed. If you have any issues with your nails within seven days please let me know and I’ll be happy to fix them. - Please come with clean hands and be respectful of my time and space. - I don’t remove or infill work I haven’t done, due to not knowing what products may have been used. - clients can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before appointment. if you cancel or reschedule after this time, your deposit will not be refunded Thank you for understanding and supporting my business! 💖
