📋 Cancellation & Deposit Policy — Beathoven's Dream Dog Parlour To keep our schedule fair and reliable for every pup and owner, please note the following policy: ✅ Booking & Deposit To secure your appointment, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This confirms your slot and covers time reserved exclusively for your dog. • If cancelled 48+ hours before → deposit fully transferable to a new date (valid 3 months) • If cancelled 24–48 hours before → deposit retained, no extra fee; balance due on arrival • If cancelled under 24 hours / no-show → deposit retained + 50% of full fee payable before rescheduling ⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your appointment. • Late cancellations / no-shows without sufficient notice will incur a 50% late cancellation fee of the full service price, payable before any new booking is confirmed. • This policy protects everyone — it helps me fill slots for other waiting clients, covers reserved time, and keeps pricing fair for all. 💛 Why This Matters Every appointment is prepared in advance — from prep time, tools, and space to dedicated care for your dog.
