Appointments Please make sure you are booking in for the correct treatment. For example, if you already have nails on, you are booking an ‘up keep’ appointment. Be mindful, I do not remove another salons work. If you come to your appointment with nails on and have not booked the appropriate treatment, we may need to reschedule your appointment as time is precious and this will have an effect on the whole day. A fee will be charged as this appointment will not be able to be filled. Cancellations- A 24 hour notice must be given to cancel an appointment or a 50% charge of treatment price will be required before being able to book any future appointment. No Shows- Any no shows, you will be expected to pay your full missed treatment price before being able to book any future appointment. If future appointments are already booked, you will have 2 days to make a full payment before these will be cancelled.
