BMR Sports & Remedial operates from 2 locations in Wollongong: Monday & Friday from UOW Main Campus Gym (URAC) and Tuesdays from Phytness Health care in Fairy Meadow.  On Wednesdays and Thursdays we are open in Shellharbour City Centre

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 4 hours before start time, the earliest notice the better to allow for reallocation of the appointment. For cancellations within 4 hours, 50% of the scheduled fee will be charged. For no shows appointments with no prior notice 75% of scheduled fee will be charged. Thankyou for your understanding.

Michael is an outstanding massage therapist.  His knowledge of anatomy and physiology  is exemplary and  I recommend him to anyone I know looking for a remedial massage therapist. I’ve been treated by Michael since 2020 for Remedial Massage and I have to say my experience has been nothing but professional and courteous. I’m a tough critic when it comes to massage, and have to say Michael always knows how to treat the injuries or issues I’m trying to explain to him.
