Massage: I do require a 50% non refundable booking fee to secure your appointment which will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Booking fee can be paid via bank transfer or by person. Once booking fee received confirmation of your appointment will be sent out. I do require at least 48 hours of notice in case of cancellation or rescheduling your appointment. If 2 or more appointments been cancelled or rescheduled you will be required to pay the full price upfront for any further appointments made. Underwear must be worn during the treatment! Gift vouchers available for purchase with 6 months expiry date. If you purchase a gift voucher during an offer the expiry date will only be 2 months. Hair extensions needs to be removed prior to the appointment if you fail to do so I can refuse to carry out the treatment and you will loose your booking fee !!!!
