💖 Ava’s Beauty Studio – Appointment Policies 💅 To help give every client the best experience possible, please take a moment to review our nail appointment policies below: 📅 Booking & Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your total and holds your spot! ⏰ Arrivals: I do not charge a late fee. However, you have a 15 minutes grace period. Let me know prior to your appointment if you’re running late. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late, may have to be cancel & result in a reschedule. You can only reschedule ONCE with same deposit. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in you losing of your deposit. 💅 Nail Fixes: We offer free touch-ups within 3 days for any service issues. After that, fixes may be charged. 👯‍♀️ Guests: Due to limited space and to keep things relaxing, we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment (unless otherwise arranged). 🧼 Cleanliness & Safety: We follow strict hygiene practices to ensure your safety and comfort — because you deserve the best!
